2. Appearance & Heat Dissipation Design

This amplifier adopts a thickened full-aluminum finned heat dissipation shell with multi-layer parallel heat dissipation channels. The large-area heat sink efficiently dissipates heat generated by MOSFET tubes, preventing overheat protection even during long-time high-volume playback.

The matte black metal casing is wear-resistant, scratch-proof and shock-resistant for in-car use. Its compact size allows flexible hidden installation under seats or in the trunk.

3. Front Tuning Control Panel

Three professional control knobs on the front panel enable precise sound field adjustment:

- GAIN: Adjust input signal sensitivity to match the head unit output and avoid sound distortion.

- LPF (Low Pass Filter): Adjust bass frequency. Perfect for bridged subwoofers to filter out mid and high frequency noise.

- HPF (High Pass Filter): Adjust mid and treble frequency. Matches door speakers and protects units from low-frequency damage.

4. RCA Input & Crossover System

 4.1 Input & Output Ports

- LOW INPUT: 4-channel RCA low-level audio input (CH1/CH2, CH3/CH4) for connection with car head units.

- LOW OUT: Low-frequency pass-through output port, which can connect to an extra amplifier to expand the bass system.

 4.2 Independent Sound Field Tuning

CH1-2 and CH3-4 are equipped with separate tuning switches for independent front and rear sound field adjustment, delivering excellent sound separation:

- CROSSOVER Mode

  - OFF: Full frequency pass-through

  - HPF: Only outputs mid and treble for door speakers

  - LPF: Only outputs low frequency for subwoofers

- SUPER BASS: 0dB~12dB bass boost to enhance heavy bass effect

- TREBLE: 0dB~6dB treble boost for clearer vocal and instrumental details

- It features 6dB crossover slope for smooth frequency transition.

5. Power & Speaker Terminals

 5.1 Power Terminals

- B+: Connect to the positive pole of car battery. Thick copper wire with fuse is recommended.

- GND: Ground terminal, connect to bare metal of car body for stable current.

- REM: Remote control wire, synchronously turns the amplifier on/off with the car head unit.

- FUSE: Built-in fuse provides over-current protection, automatically cuts off power under short circuit or overload.

- PROTECTION Indicator: Lights up for self-check, short circuit, overheat or reverse power connection.

 5.2 Speaker Output & Working Modes

- FRONT SPEAKER (CH1/CH2): Front left & right speaker output, supports bridged mode.

- REAR SPEAKER (CH3/CH4): Rear left & right speaker output, supports bridged mode.

1. 4-Channel Mode: 4 independent outputs to drive four door speakers for balanced sound performance.
2. 3-Channel Mode: 2 channels for front & rear speakers, the other 2 channels bridged to drive passive subwoofers.
